Horrible
Very poorly programmed app, for a number of reasons, but what prompted me to finally write a review today is it let me place an order to a location at 10:30am, gave an ETA of 10:35 for it being ready, only for me to get to the location and see it doesn’t even open until 11! No way to cancel either, and I don’t see a customer service number, so I’m forced to choose between waiting half an hour or losing my money. Ridiculous.

99% of the app doesn’t work
I use the app exclusively for the $1.39 menu, which it is able to place an order. However, that seems to be practically the only thing it can do.
It doesn’t save my favorite location or payment details, making me re-enter my card every time I want to order. This should be the primary feature of the app, to reduce friction of placing orders.

Why have an ap
The absolute worst Ap I have ever installed and used. Does NOT work the majority of the time. And you certainly are not going to get any help at the store with it. Out of the 4 people standing there, including the Manager, the BEST response was “wow, we don’t anything about the Ap or how to help”. I will say, it keeps me from eating there more frequently.
