Weird Requirements
The app asks for more information than any other food app. It also has weird restrictions on using cards outside of the zip code you live in. Really weird.
App does not work well
I have never been able to use any of my rewards points with the app. Also, when I order drinks with my order, the store never gets the drink order at all. I have to show them that I ordered and paid for drinks as well as my meal. I hope someone with Taco Villa sees this and works on fixing it because I’m getting to the point that I’ll just avoid going there altogether.

Ok, but don’t expect the rewards to work
The app has a good look to it, but the ordering process is very slow. When you go to add a combo meal, you have to add each item individually. While this does get you to verify any customization for each item, it is a bit cumbersome to navigate. The reward system works, unless you want to redeem the combo meal. When I tried it the app did the pre-authorization to my bank, and then told me there was an error with the rewards processing and dumped me back to the cart. I had to visit the store in person to redeeem that reward. I probably will use the app again, but I hope they see this and work on getting that reward to work.

No account found - unknown changes
Used the app to order one time, it was fine. Went to login again and received “no matching guests”. App dev should be fixing this.
Cold food
Used the app for an online order. Everything went fine. But when I received my order my fries were not fresh and they were cold. I hate cold fries!
