Used the app to order one time, it was fine. Went to login again and received “no matching guests”. App dev should be fixing this.
Cold food
Used the app for an online order. Everything went fine. But when I received my order my fries were not fresh and they were cold. I hate cold fries!
Does not work
The app straight up doesn’t work anymore. It used to be functional. Not the best, but functional. Now, anytime I go to order I get a “Oops! Sorry! Something went wrong! Try again later”. I try to sign in, I get “Oops! Sorry! Something went wrong! Try again later”. Try to create a new account, “Oops! Sorry! Something went wrong! Try again later”. At first I thought it might be cause i was trying to order breakfast cause a lot of places won’t have mobile ordering on right away in the morning, but I tried once for lunch and I got the same warning. Then, I assumed my app was just out of date (I don’t keep automatic updates on) but there’s not even an option to update the app. It is just non-functional now.

Rewards are a joke
I guess it beats no rewards at all but $50 earns you a bean burrito?! And $100 earns a chips and queso?! That is a crazy ratio. What a joke.
