Fantastic 1:1 Training Sessions!
I am fairly new to rowing and have had a Hydrow for almost a year. Nick is a fantastic trainer! We worked on my form, S/M, keeping a steady split, handle position and core, along with many other tips. I soaked in every nugget of info I possibly could. Nick is professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled at his craft of rowing. I highly recommend Nick for rowing or any of the athletes that are with Tagalong. They are all stellar!
