Doesn’t work
Unable to get smart tags to work. Tried to use chat feature. Last communication showing as 11/2024. So clearly not being maintained despite the “update” 3 months ago. Wasted $10 since you can’t try for free.
search just… doesn’t do anything
shows no tags, no results, no anything. and the UI looks different from the tutorial videos so i believe this app is abandoned.
Update: BEWARE! double charged for unusable app. Support messages undeliverable.
Update 11/29/24:
I just found out they DID charge me for a lifetime subscription and then a week later AGAIN for an annual subscription.
The chat help function still says “We are not online. We will email you back.” I found the in-app link and emailed the Contact Us address a detailed description of the issue with screenshots. It was returned undeliverable. 😖I might have to dispute the charge.
The app is still unusable because the thumbnails used to quickly tag are linked to the wrong photos. They released an update 5 days ago. It did not help.

I’ve been looking for an app like this for years. It has a ton of features. I bought a lifetime license and I just saw my annual subscription (from the trial) is set to keep charging me in 2025! It’s unusable now because it’s got a serious bug where a lot of photos don’t appear in the thumbnails. It looks like I have only two photos from 2022. If you scroll through open photos they’re all there. It makes tagging impossible. The chat feature always says “we’re offline” and I got no response when I asked for help.

Yeah. No.
I should have recognized the all 5 star over the top reviews as a red flag.
A lot of dancing around the fact that it will not process / tag items in your phones photo roll. Likely an Apple restriction… who knows. It only lets you import them from files. Their tutorial shows you going to their website on a desktop like whaaaa? No.
