About
You're it! TagD is the playground game everyone knows, made for iPhone. Run, sprint, dodge and tag, on your own, online with friends, or outside for real.
PLAY IT SIDEWAYS
Turn your iPhone to landscape during a round: the joystick and sprint sit right under your thumbs, and you see more of the map. Prefer portrait? That works too.
SOLO
Play against 5 to 11 bots on Easy, Medium, Hard (two players are "it" at once) or Chaos (four of them). Pick your map and jump straight in.
ONLINE WITH FRIENDS
Create a room, send the code or link, and play with up to 10 people over Game Center. Empty places fill up with bots, so a round is never too small. Or press Quick play and join anyone with the same style and map.
REAL WORLD
Take tag outside. Every phone measures how close the others are with Ultra Wideband, so a tag only counts when you really touch, under 1 metre. Set the play zone on the map, follow the radar to find the others, and keep your phone in your pocket if you like. Tags can count automatically, with a TAG button, or with a bump of your hand.
EIGHT MAPS, EIGHT RULES
• School Yard: classic tag, no surprises
• Playground: small and busy, great for little ones
• Park: hide in the tall grass
• Beach: sand slows you, the shoreline is fast
• Winter Village: ice! You slide and can't stop fast
• Night Camp: you only see what your torch lights
• Maze: gates open and close, mind the dead ends
• Rooftops: bridges and trampoline jumps between buildings
A STYLE FOR EVERY PLAYER
• Kids: slower, no sprint to manage, everyone gets stars
• Classic: normal speed, sprint with stamina
• Pro: fast, tight tags, ranked
Fair play built in: the new "it" counts to three, and there are no tag-backs.
Climb the Game Center leaderboards and collect 8 achievements.
No ads. No in-app purchases. Solo plays offline.
Online play needs Game Center. Real World needs an iPhone with Ultra Wideband (iPhone 11 or newer, not iPhone SE) for everyone in the room. Play outdoors in a safe, open place, and watch where you run.
