DOES NOT WORK ON IPAD IN AUSTRALIA
The latest updates in 2026 have not improved the application. Playing the video news is a stop start scenario. The image freezes and the commentary continues. Searching for the videos on the horizontal slider is painful as you have to position it exactly in the correct position there is no tolerance. Very disappointed. The earlier version worked and the layout was simpler. Take a look at the BBC application which works like a dream. Here we say KISS = KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID !!

Ich würde gerne die wichtigsten Nachrichten in einer simplen Übersicht sehen, nicht eine Nachahmung von Social Media wo ich jedes mal durch X Videos klicken muss. Das Ziel dieser App ist komplett verfehlt. Bitte betreibt etwas user research!
Performance nach Update
Finde die App eigentlich gut and was ist mit der Performance seit dem blauen Gradient Update passiert? Die App läuft gerade so auf einem iPhone 17 Pro Max. Vorher war das viel besser. Auf älteren Geräten quasi nicht benutzbar.
Captions/subtitles not working
The playbacks of videos don’t let you turn on the captions/subtitles of the videos. In the browser version, you can enable subtitles. Please add this functionality to the app version for videos.
