I think this is by far the best car wash that’s ever existed. I love the unlimited car wash idea because I live across from a gravel pit and so when it gets windy, believe me my car is covered and so I like that I can just pull in there as many times and any time of the month and have my car nice and clean again. Highly recommended to use this car wash only.

There app is not great. Their carwash software is not great either. I wish it was better.

Things changed
I do enjoy the car wash. The app is a little screwy sometimes. It will charge twice on my app when I go though once and the point system just skyrocketed. I used to get a car wash at 800 points now it’s 1200. So for the app alone I’m going 3 stars. But car wash is amazing and so is the staff
Doesn’t work
So the app claims to send a code to your e-mail which it does not. Company designed a new app that was clearly not properly tested before being released. Do better!
Horrible user interface
I have two cars on my account. I wanted to renew my annual subscription to both cars during the holiday sale. The purchases could not be applied until each vehicle pass expired. On the first vehicle customer service had to help activate the pass. Today my second vehicle pass expired so I tried to activate the second purchased pass. This stupid app won’t let me, saying it can’t be applied to a vehicle that already is on the account. I have an idea, fix your software so that when we buy the holiday priced passes that they are immediately assigned to a vehicle and go into effect as soon as the current pass expires, like I was able to do last year! This app is useless and extremely frustrating.

Not a great ap. Makes me feel nervous about payments. I prefer to just pay for the year upfront and understand what I am doing. This ap makes me have more of a relationship with my car wash than I want. I love the way the carwash is run and the people there - customer service is good too - ap - I don’t like

Disappointed in Spin to Win
When I got this app a few months ago, the ‘Spin to Win’ a free wash was 800 for a basic, 950 for a Clean wash, and 1000 for a platinum wash. I understand this is for a free wash, but they dramatically changed it. Now it’s 1,200 for basic, 1,500 for a ‘Deluxe wash’, and 1,800 for a ‘Ultimate Wash’. They have also now only have 3 monthly plans that’s no longer have a sweet spot amount. You either do $23 for a basic and for the middle tier $33. That’s honestly too much of a gap! I will be going to Pony Express for a monthly subscription instead.

I don’t find the app user friendly. I can’t find my plan or my vehicles on it. Says I don’t have a membership. I was going to change things on membership on 2 cars but not showing them
