Poor interface so far
Does not allow you to type birthdate on the verify identity page only selecting by a calendar which does NOT support changing the year. So you must tap a ridiculous number of times to get to your date unless you were born in the previous year.
Good idea-poor app
EasyPay is a great idea. Get your card, top up money (only foreign currency-no Thai Baht-thats how the bank earns money) and pay almost everywhere in Thailand even on street markets. But, the app runs poorly. Takes forever to load, need to enter your 6digit code every time , no Face Id…pity.

The app is unpolished, lag of optimisation, full of frustration to use as e-wallet payment. Not recommended!
Please improve the app speed
It’s such a useful app to have in Thailand, saves me carrying cash, but please improve the login experience with either Face ID or the PIN number being responsive, currently it’s slow. I still rate 4* mainly because I like the principle but just spend a little time on improving this. Also remove the 1700Baht restriction if I’ve loaded the account let me use it.
