Frustrating
Ordering process of very confusing where you’re given the option to remove items. Just show all the items and toggle to include if you want or not.
Reorder also is useless. Every time I try to use it I get an error and have to reselect all my options. No better that’s just starting over every time.

Deceptive & Misleading Default Tipping
A 15% tip is pre-selected even for online pickup orders, which is already questionable. What makes this worse is the checkout design. The item price is shown at the top, but the tip and final total are hidden further down the screen. The Apple Pay button appears before you clearly see the full amount at the bottom, deceiving you into thinking you’re paying the listed price of the items. They robbed $10 from me for a pickup order with this deceptive design. I’m reporting the app to Apple for misleading pricing practices & poor disclosure.

Pretty simple ordering, could use updates to make it more clear but for the most part it’s simple to choose your options!
Why the tip?
Why have a tip option that I need to change to no tip. If you pay your employees properly, no tipping is necessary.

Cannot modify toppings
In store, you can add or remove toppings. Why does the app not let you do that. I’ll never use the app if it doesn’t let me do EXACTLY what I can do in store
Why is your tip rate pre-set? Also, needs more options
You shouldn't be setting a pre-set tip amount. That's not a reasonable standard practice to do at all. Can't even tell if it goes to your employees. Also, youre going to waste food if you dont let people pick what they dont want on their food. You put salad dressing on your salad on some bowls and we cant even choose to remove it, or to get toppings on the side. Check out Pizza Pizza's app for ideas on how to include important topping options.

What happened?
Other app felt a lot better and more simple. Really disappointed that I lost all of my points that I had accumulated by switching to the new app(used same email). Also wish the calories were able to be toggled off, I don’t wanna see that lol.

Other App Was Better
I’ve regularly eaten here just because of the previous app. Can’t customize the shawarma, you have to choose the preset options. Before you could choose up to 16 toppings with no charge, now it’s 5. Really sucks seeing one of your favourite restaurants go downhill. For reference I’ve accumulated 800 points, I really enjoyed this place. Rip.
