Easier than I thought and a Great Workout
easier than I thought. I had a balance problem and I thought I couldn’t do this. but I was able to without failing. I never had to balance on one foot which is what I was afraid of. I love this workout. I felt the burn shortly after starting but not from it being too physical it was the perfect amount of workout. I would so recommend trying this app to all my older friends that can’t workout like we use to.

Really Helped Me Stay Active
I finished the 28-days program and I’m really happy with the results. I can clearly feel that my mobility has improved and my legs are stronger too. The exercises were simple, gentle, and easy to follow. I’m very grateful to people who created this app. It has genuinely helped me. I am feeling better than ever before.

Program stuck
I successfully completed the first exercise day and move onto the second day. The video did not complete and froze. The following day I did the second one again and it went through and told me it was completed. Day three the app would not let me continue because it did not register that I had completed day two. It is obviously a defective program. It also did lots of stalling and jerking around. I was very much looking forward to giving it a try, but it’s not giving me a chance.
