Not on app
Green apple is always available in store, but never on the app. I have to place green apple smoothie orders in store and the rest of my order on the app.
Unusable
I made an account got ready to check out and it crashed. Logged back in and the app decided I was in a different country on a different continent. After 3 times of adding the order to cart and being unable to checkout I gave up.
No food
This app does not work. You create a login and it goes white. 😭😭😭
Horrible
This app does not work. Spent 20 mins trying to place order but screen keeps going blank and then it won’t accept my information. I’m done with this restaurant because of it. You’re losing business.
Cannot redeem points
I can never redeem my points on this app no matter the amount I purchase. I’ve been trying to change my password, but I’m not receiving any e-mails to be able to change my password. Needs updating!
AWESOMESSSSS
This app is literally SO GOOD you don’t understand how many times I’ve been on dragging on long boring work calls and only have a few minutes in between. It’s perfect how they just allow you to come, grab it, and go!

I recently got a new phone. The app transferred but logged me out. Now I cannot sign back into the app. I attempted forgot my password and got email already sent. No email has been sent. I’m locked out of my account and have gift cards plus points there.
Garbage
Absolute hot garbage like everyone said. Food is good but I really hate ordering via the website or app. Please make it easier to order
Rewards
The rewards are not it I had a 10% off coupon and it did not work AT ALL. Also I wish they could add a feature to get missing points on in store purchases
App Needs Major Updated!
I love Tai Chi! They have great food and awesome drinks. However, this app needs a lot of work. If you add an extra ingredient to your ramen, for example, you can’t remove it, it just keeps adding more, so you have to back out of what you’re ordering and start over. The menu layout out is clearly not done by any designer, though you can’t look at the items, it doesn’t really encourage you to keep looking. There is just a lot of work that is needed on the app. So please hire a real app designer/developer. It will be worth every penny.

Great restaurant, Terrible App
The app is not very user friendly.. it’s constantly refreshing and booting me out and is constantly kicking things out of my cart. Most frustrating app I’ve ever used.

Restaurant is five stars, app is maybe two
Tai chi bubble tea is hands down my favorite restaurant. The food is always reliably fresh and delicious and the staff is wonderful. This app is hot garbage. It gets the job done but nothing about it is intuitive. It looks and works like someone’s first app, not the mobile entry point of a public facing business. Please hire a professional app dev team to rebuild from the ground up. Thanks for the yummy food!

Make sure you are logged in before you put your order in
I just had a large order on my cart. When I went to checkout I had to login and it emptied my cart. I am beyond hangry now waiting for my family’s food 🙄
Also, if you accidentally select a sauce, but you don’t want any. You will have to restart your order because there is no way to unselect it. ☹️

Says that the app will be deleted but no update is showing on the store
Lost points
I had all my point in store accumulated all I had to do was give my name and they found me in the system. I went in to try to redeem my points and they told me I had to download the app and everything will be transferred there. I ask, how can I transfer my points in store to the app? They told me they had to reach out to the technical team and will get back to me. It’s over $20 worth of points but I am going to lose because of this new app update

Love Taichi - but TERRIBLE APP
Hard to navigate, order summary clunky and hard to see/update quantities, location settings are bad, and paying is a nightmare.
