Useless
Never delete the first email with your password (a random string of letters) because you can NEVER change or retrieve your passwords (even though the app says you can). They have a ‘forgot password’ link that goes to nowhere. A lot of links that won’t open. Even when you can log in, the app itself freezes and won’t let you do anything useful.

Worse app ever
Get your Vet to use another app. If for some reason you get logged out you cannot get back in. You can't even use forgot password it will say username name invalid. I have been back and forth with the company trying to get back in. I gave up. Please any veterinarians out there do not use this app for your client's.

Doesn’t work
I was invited by veterinarian office to try this app. There is no way to make a profile to utilize this app. So you can never get it to work. Tried to get them to reset and still doesn’t work. Not recommended.
App not working
Email gave me user name app won’t accept it. What’s the use? Deleted.
One of the worst apps
I can login, unlike the others. But this app is the worst to navigate and I don’t even know why my vet uses it.
Can’t even creat an account
It is impossible to even creat an account and forget it if you forget your password.
Can’t Login - No Recovery
I went to login to the app near a vet appointment. I couldn’t remember my user name and there is no option to request user. Found the original email that said my user was my email. Tried that, didnt work. Tried multiple passwords, didnt work. So then i try to do password recovery and it tells me that user doesn’t exist. No way to contact anyone except my leaving a negative review.
