About
A weight log only helps if you keep it. Tairoku is a weight-only tracker built so that today's entry is done by nudging yesterday's number — nothing to type.
■ Two taps, starting from last time
The record sheet opens with your previous weight already in place. Move it with −0.1 / +0.1 for whatever changed, and save.
■ Weight makes sense as a line, not a number
Day-to-day readings swing with food and water. View 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a year as a line chart with a 7-day moving average on top, so one morning's number doesn't decide how you feel.
■ How far is the goal
Set a goal weight and a progress ring shows how much of the distance you have covered since you started. Reaching it gets a short celebration.
■ Days kept, and the basics
See your recording streak, the change in your weekly average, and the lowest and highest weight for the period. Add your height and BMI appears alongside them. Body fat percentage is optional.
■ Check it and log it from the Home Screen
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your latest weight, the change since last time, a 7-day trend, and goal progress. Tap one to open the record sheet. A daily reminder is there too — and it works fine left off.
■ Apple Health, CSV export, and history calendar
Apple Health sync lets you turn reading and writing on or off separately; both are off by default. Browse past entries on a monthly calendar, and export your records as a CSV file. Units: kg and lb. Works in Dark Mode and on iPad.
■ Records stay on your device
No account and no sign-in. Weight, body fat, and notes are stored only on the device and are not sent anywhere. The network is used to show ads and to send anonymous usage and crash data that help improve the app. We do not collect information that identifies you personally.
