Built for the Dark Miles FuelFlow is a real-time fueling app for endurance athletes — the ones who know "just send it" stops working past mile 21. Whether you're prepping for your first marathon or your tenth 100-miler, FuelFlow tracks what you're putting in versus what your body is asking for, and tells you when to do something about it. NEW: ULTRA MODE (EARLY ACCESS) Build a race plan on the web at fuelflow.run — course, aid stations, pacing, per-phase fueling targets — then race it on iPhone and Apple Watch. • Aid station tracking: know what's coming and what your next segment needs • The Stack: an adaptive UI that simplifies as you get deeper into the pain cave, so the right action is always one tap away • Crew Mode: generate PDF crew cards and share links so pacers and crew know what to hand you, when • Course-aware fueling targets that respect terrain and pace • Works offline once your plan is downloaded Enable Ultra Mode in Settings. TRACK WHAT MATTERS, IN REAL TIME Log carbs, sodium, and water as you go — on iPhone or Apple Watch. No mental math at mile 18 or mile 93. Smart status messages tell you whether to fuel now, soon, or whether you're crushing it, based on where you are in the activity — not just hourly goals. APPLE WATCH THAT ACTUALLY WORKS Log nutrition without pulling out your phone. Quick Access Grid puts your go-to fuel one tap away. The watch app runs standalone — no phone required. About

Tairoku

Features

A weight log only helps if you keep it. Tairoku is a weight-only tracker built so that today's entry is done by nudging yesterday's number — nothing to type. ■ Two taps, starting from last time The record sheet opens with your previous weight already in place. Move it with −0.1 / +0.1 for whatever changed, and save. ■ Weight makes sense as a line, not a number Day-to-day readings swing with food and water. View 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a year as a line chart with a 7-day moving average on top, so one morning's number doesn't decide how you feel. ■ How far is the goal Set a goal weight and a progress ring shows how much of the distance you have covered since you started. Reaching it gets a short celebration. ■ Days kept, and the basics See your recording streak, the change in your weekly average, and the lowest and highest weight for the period. Add your height and BMI appears alongside them. Body fat percentage is optional. ■ Check it and log it from the Home Screen Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your latest weight, the change since last time, a 7-day trend, and goal progress. Tap one to open the record sheet. A daily reminder is there too — and it works fine left off. ■ Apple Health, CSV export, and history calendar Apple Health sync lets you turn reading and writing on or off separately; both are off by default. Browse past entries on a monthly calendar, and export your records as a CSV file. Units: kg and lb. Works in Dark Mode and on iPad. ■ Records stay on your device No account and no sign-in. Weight, body fat, and notes are stored only on the device and are not sent anywhere. The network is used to show ads and to send anonymous usage and crash data that help improve the app. We do not collect information that identifies you personally.
