Useless
Paid for a monthly subscription. Couldn’t create an account with the app. Emailed customer support and was sent instructions of how to create an account (which I had already done). It didn’t work again. I sent screenshots of the error message I received. Received another email assuring me that another try would work. It didn’t! I’ve requested that the subscription be cancelled and I’m awaiting a refund… it’s quicker and easier to pick up a physical copy at the shops.

My take a break chances
I have purchased the weekly and monthly take a break for many years even though I have never managed to win a prize,I enjoy all the competitions keeps the brain working ref. 76 year old.
Subscribed but not working
Hi I just signed up for the monthly subscription and get one week free trial, but when I click on magazines it only comes up saying preview, buy or subscribe (which I already have) can you please sort this? Thanks.
App doesn’t work
The app is absolute rubbish. It literally doesn’t work - tried to subscribe but the button to restore the purchase doesn’t work after paying so you are stuck…

Unable to purchase weekly magazine in app. Get constant error message stating unable to download and no charge but have been charged twice and still no magazine available???
Brilliant
I have been getting the Take a Break app for about 2 months. In all that time there has been only one issue when I have been able to completlove all the interactive puzzles. This week is particularly bad (week ending 15th August). Most of them are just coming up too large to see the clues. Or they don’t work. I am now going to have to buy the issue in paper form which rather defeats the purpose. These problems need sorting out URGENTLY!!! I am not happy. UPDATE 12th August App has now been updated so that puzzles work. In view of this, I am now very happy with my purchase . Well done Technical/Support Teams

I subscribed to the mag to do the puzzles. Set up an account, but it won’t let me sign in! Keeps saying it is wrong. When I set up the account it welcomed me! When I try to reset password it says it can’t find account! I have emailed customer support but their replies worse than useless! It is very frustrating. I feel a cancelled subscription coming on and a demand for my money back

Interactive Puzzles don’t work
Only downloaded it and paid as I wanted to do the puzzles. Just keeps coming up with unexpected error. Waste of time.
Wonderful magazine
I have been doing all the competitions since nearly the first edition. I’m still waiting for my first win, Although that does not put me off still buying it every week. Congratulations to the producers

I buy take a break every week just for the puzzles.
I took advantage of the half price offer for the year and downloaded today’s issue and none of the puzzles open so you can’t complete them.

Subscription issues
I’ve subscribed for the year, I’m on my one month free trail and it’s not letting me view for free? Why is this, it’s very irritating

Ive just downloaded the most recent issue as underneath the app it says “Now with interactive puzzles”. Im aware they werent operating previously due to Covid-19 but this statement implies theyre up and running again when they are not. I would like a refund please.

I am very disappointed that I have paid for a six month subscription on this magazine only to find I cannot complete the puzzles on the app. The only reason I purchased this is due to the fact that I cannot go out to buy it as I normally do. I have sent an email to ask for my money back but as yet have received no reply. I would appreciate some action on this please. Thank you . Mrs Christine Dell

New update has ruined the app for me
I loved this app. Was so excited when I found it. Have had for about a year. Recently they updated, no not only do I have woman’s face creepy smiling at me (the new app icon) but the app has become sooo slow, can’t get the text only feature. Very disappointed 😔
