New update won’t accept card or my Apple Pay
Since the update I can’t pay online for a taxi despite adding my card again and my Apple Pay won’t work on the app yet all is working fine when paying anywhere else

What has happened with this new update ? All my old “favourite” addresses has been deleted . I try and set up pick up locations and it gives different street names . PATHETIC - the taxi companies will lose loads of customers . Think I will be one

I’ve had quite a few bad drivers, one of which I phoned and complained about due to speeding, bad attitude and general lack of awareness on the roads that made me feel unsafe but as payment had already been taken in the app they refused to give me even a partial refund. The location search is often unreliable and often doesn’t suggest relevant search results based on your location which is pretty annoying if you’re arranging to be picked up from a bus stop or train station with no fixed address. It’s the only taxi app in my area so I guess I have to keep using it but there’s lots of room for improvement.

Dishonest organisation
Price mismatch and unethical behaviour of the handlers. Quoted price and made me to pay another price. Very poor services and dishonesty in their dealings.
Utterly useless
What is the point of having an app that never works? The instant it’s busy, payment failed payment failed, payment failed. iPhone them and they can send a taxi immediately 😡 just delete the app and don’t bother.

Price mismatch
Unfortunately the problem with the application is that it shows a price as ‘fixed’ when you made the booking but that ‘fixed’ price changes when the trip ends. When I complained about the mismatch today with them, the cab call centre asked me not to use the application if my travel is beyond the border of the town I’m in. Therefore for a 5 min trip I had to pay £16 which was 3£ than the shown fixed price which ‘can not be refundable’ the can centre in Crewe claimed. So better to keep away this application.

i would be quoted 4-6£ for a 5 minute journey and get charged £18! extortionate! i tried to complain and never got a response. will not be using again as this app is awful and expensive.

Why is it every time I request a pick up from my home address it is now always cancelled at the very last minute yet when I request one from any other pick up point it is granted?

Unable to pay or book
I’ve been using this app for a while but this morning i was going to book a taxi and it wasn’t allowing me to book or pay. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing
This is an excellent customer service application.
I am consistently impressed with the service—always on time and never lets me down.
Beyond awful
How this app has 4.6 stars when most reviews are awful is beyond me. Slow to update, misleading on driver arrival times, terrible customer service lines which don’t connect you with the driver.

Terriable , avoid and ring local company
I download this app thinking I could get a taxi to the train station, how wrong was I , booked a estate car as I had a pushchair , all booked , had a text say car was on its way , checked the app said it was still looking for a driver , rang the help line when it never showed , and had to cancel as it was late and still it hadn’t allocated a driver , will never use this app again , just ring a local company instead , ended up paying £14 taking my own vehicle, which I was trying to avoid. Avoid and ring local company instead , apps are meant to enhance our lives this one didn’t

Good New App
I’ve used the new taxi app and it really works well. I could track my driver and see the fare costs . And paid via the app as well. Works well
Terrible - don’t do it!!!
Booked and they accepted for in 1.5 hrs time. When nobody turned up I called support and they said they didn’t have anyone and cancelled. Horrendous
