After The new update the app runs faster but now my stamp card is missing

Like another reviewer said, can’t get past loading screen. Can’t comment on other features as I can’t get into the app. Fix???

Remarkably trash
Incredible how every time i try opening this app it never gets past the loading screen. TakeCare refuses to take care of a simple issue that has plagued this app for multiple years. Do better TakeCare.

The app just stuck on “loading something remarkable” the irony of remarkable. It’s been spinning for the past 15min. Remarkably disappointing…

The app hasn’t been loading when I open it. It says I need to connect to WiFi or data and I am connected but when I try again, it just keeps loading.

App keeps crashing
Ever since upgrading to iOS 17 the take care app won’t allow me to login. Everytime I attempt to select my profile it crashes. Please update app.
Bad app
I’m trying to register as a first time user. The app doesn’t recognize my personal info: name and member ID number.
Needs an update
Before it was working with any data (e.g. Phone data). Now it only works with wifi that has a strong broadband internet speed. It doesn't seem to work with LTE or 4G data. I can't open the app anymore like before.
