Data Is Outdated
Updating data in the website has always been a pain. Nobody has the knowledge, capability and access to update the relevant personal information. Now they have rolled out the application, it's still a pain to update even our own emergency contacts. I hope I never need it, as the ones handling our emergency contact data has proven to be unreliable. Apart from that the app is okay to use.

I have two accounts setup for this application. I hope in future updates, they could integrate my original and primary profile. Kudos to the successful implementation of this application

Overall, I’m impressed with the app’s functionality and design. Here are some things I particularly like:
1. User Interface - the design is clean and intuitive.
2. Performance - the app runs smoothly and I haven’t experienced any lag.
3. Customer Experience - seamless experience, especially that I was able to view my results in just one click!
4. Health Scan feature - I love this feature! I can easily check my stress level, heart rate and other vital signs.
Hope I could also pay my procedures in this app but I’m sure this will be included in the future releases 😊 Well done!
