No receipt. Insufficient medication
Avoid this like a plague. I have two consultations done both of which are typical symptoms of cough and colds. Both doctors on separate occasions prescribed medicines on one or two symptoms but not all of symptoms. I literally wrote all my symptoms in the description and mentioned them to the doctors. When the prescription arrived they were so incomplete that i have to buy over the counter medicines. I need the meds written in the prescription to be able to claim medical insurance. And the receipts will come after 3-4 weeks! One month for them to issue receipts!!

Doctors Incorrect Prescription
I had a very bad experience with one of the doctor wherein I already sent all the documents needed but he kept on asking as if he didn’t care to read and refuse to answer my inquiry saying “next time book a video call” Dr. Christian Erel Gongora also prescribe 14 antibiotics while the instruction on the prescription is 1 tab a day, the thing is the App doesn’t have a way for me to reach out again the doctor to validate and there no way to rate the doctor nor send a complain, as a user comments on the doctors would help identify while one is reliable

impatient/almost rude doctor
napaka impatient at ang rude pa sumagot, feeling above all e sobrang hindi naman marunong mag diagnose ng sakit. seems like baguhan na doctor at nangangailangan lang ng pera! did not even ask when and how nagstart yung symptoms and history, just blatantly prescribe something! when i refuse to use steroids as im afraid of TSW again, she just probably search on google alternative for steroids bcz she did not even know what percent to give. lol sayang naman yung years na inaral nya para maging eme emeng doctor lang para sa money! lol kawawa! do not go to this app for check up mas mabuti pang pumunta nalang ng opd sa hospitals or clinics, siguro pwede naman if eme eme lang din yung sakit mo, kasi eme eme din naman mga doctor dito lol!

had a bad UTI infection that happened during graveyard shift, i was diagnosed with severe depression few months ago and i wasn't able to drink some water during my previous episode that lasted for few days. i chatted the mercury drug number via Viber and asked them if they have like over the counter meds for UTI, they mentioned that they need prescription. good thing i found this app and just chatted for couple of minutes and BOOM! I have my prescription and just paid 199 and was able to buy the meds cus i was sooooo much in pain!! tysm you are life saver!

Waste of money
I feel like I wasted my money for a consultation. I have a fever, body pain, and neck pain and I know I should take paracetamol which I am taking naman before the time of consultation. Di man lang nagtanong or nagpasend ng picture like kung saan part mismo sa neck ang masakit. I know hindi guaranteed na mabibigyan ng med cert but pumayag na nga yung doctor pero ang nilagay is same day din nung consultation ko which is rest day ko nga rin yun sa work. I requested na baka pwede yung kinabukasan na date ang ilagay because kinabukasan ako hindi makakapasok because of my case nga pero ang nilagay pa rin same day. I mean magbibigay na nga lang ng med cert ayaw pang ayusin. Sana di na lang nagbigay. Tapos at the end of the consultation ang nakuha ko lang na reseta paracetamol lang. Pano hindi man lang nagtanong ng further details.
Anw, kudos pa rin dun sa isa kong consultation because the doctor really asked to send a photo of my throat and she asked me talaga ng details kung ano nangyari. Gumaling naman ako agad dun sa nireseta, and siya mismo nagtanong if I need a med cert ba for my work.
