Connection problem
Can’t even begin to sign in to my account. It keeps saying unstable internet connection when it’s the only app which can’t seem to connect to the internet. All the other apps on my phone function well enough without any delays. I’ve tried using both wifi and data and nothing seems to work.
Stop forcing this app to happen.
Website was already working before. Now we just have an app with really really bad programming. Everything crashes. Just stick to the old website, no one is finding this helpful at all. Unless you invest in better programmers then maybe this can actually be somewhat purposeful
No specification for each treatment
The facials do not tell you how long and just what they’re gonna use. They don’t even specify if it’s a facial or just shining a light on your face. It’s easy to book and pay for your stuff but the lack of information on how certain things are really makes it difficult. You have to visit the stores in person just so that you get the procedures explained to you. It’s Inefficient and it lacks convenience.

App is easier to use now compare to the old app. It’s easier to track the location and the available time slots, it took too much time to load on previous app in which I have to contact the support on your website. Back button must be improved after reading the T&C for payment as it will land you to login page after reading it.

No way to cancel/reschedule bookings
Newer UI is definitely more aesthetic. I just wish they didn’t take away users’ independence on managing their own bookings. Now, you had to contact the branch just to reschedule appointments when I can perfectly do this on my own through the old website. Just ridiculous. Bring the old website back. No fluff, just straight forward functionality.
