Llevo 5 horas pidiendo asistencia y solo me responde el bot lamentando las demoras. Si sigue así, definitivamente me retiro de Takenos, pésima experiencia la que están dejando a los usuarios.

Te prometen una app de maravilla y juegan con tu dinero, cuando realizas un pago con QR en Bolivia se queda “procesando” el dinero es descontando de tu billetera, de igual forma debes pagar al comercio por otro medio y la solución de soporte es la misma, en 24 horas hábiles se abona el dinero, y quedas dependiendo de la buena fe del comercio para que te reintegre el pago doble que se genera.
