Waste of money
Don’t waste time with this. They will not deliver the entire order at times. If you contact their customer support about it, you will not receive a refund and they won’t redeliver the portion of the order missing because the restaurant said they gave it to the driver, but you don’t have what you paid for. So you are just out food and the order.
I wish it worked or their CS dept. was able to resolve issues, but it is not. I don’t expect it to be right all the time without issue but their CS isn’t allowed to resolve issues with your delivery and just assume that everything is perfect, but it rarely is. Lost enough time and food dealing with their support to ever go back to this again.

AVOID!!
Avoid any of the Bitesquad based food courier apps & Bitesquad in general if possible for one simple reason. You will be overcharged for your food. Bitesquad raises the prices comparatively to the restaurant or other courier services. This is a shady business practice because they are not open or transparent about the increases.
