If you are a content creator please do not use this app / service. Creators are constantly not being paid for the work that they are doing. The communication is shocking and they are a nightmare to work with !

Please please do NOT use TAKUMI. I’ve done several campaigns with them over the years and they used to be great, but the last 2 collabs were constant battle to make them pay for MY WORK!!! Now the app stopped working, the CEO blocked me (literally everywhere) and none of the team members reply to my emails. TAKUMI, you owe me £700 and I will do everything I possibly can to make you pay for the content.
There’s a group on Facebook where other creators shared the same issues as mine. So sad honestly to be treated like this.

Would not recommend
Every time I log on there is nothing to apply for, I did a campaign and was told I did an amazing job. Then over the next two years no opportunities were available for me to apply to, also logging in each time is a nightmare.
Caution
I would be cautious working with TAKUMI to collaborate with a brand. I worked with them, completed my agreed upon content and was never compensated. After numerous attempts to reach out to multiple members of their team, there has been no response. I would highly consider other brand agencies that fully complete the contract as agreed upon.

It has been over 90 days and we still have yet to receive payment for our completed campaign. We’ve followed up several times through email and they have yet to give us a solid response on when we will receive payment.

Takes forever to get paid!!
Took over 90 days to get paid! Hard to get a response from anyone, takes weeks. Payment was a month late (after waiting 90 days) they kept giving me the run around and took weeks just to get an update on why payment was delayed, still never got a reason only an “estimated” time of payout. Would not recommend unless you want to beg for your money after you do a project.
