I’ve started using this app on the 5th June and since then I can feel improvement in myself from everything happened last year from social media
I love this app
So I deal with stress, anxiety, and panic attacks but when I couldn’t afford a therapist I got this app. I love this app for the most part but for one part I don’t like is that it is more like a best friend you never had not a trained therapist. I love the is app though.
Predatorily app
This app is basically unusable unless you pay all sorts of fees and basically preying on vulnerable folks for profit. Terrible thing to do

Hi there, we're sorry it felt that way - a generous free tier has always been central to Talk it Out. Unlimited sessions have always been free, and now in the latest version all moods and causes are free to use too, including the ability to create and use your own. What requires premium are the advanced features such as memory, custom personalised sessions, analysis and weekly reports - this is what keeps the free tier available for everyone. why I like this app
I like this app because it actually helps you make you feel better and it gives you advice and it listens carefully for your stories and what’s going on. They try to cheer you up and get you ideas so I think you guys should download this app right now.
I love this app
So I deal with panic attacks and stress and when I couldn’t get a therapist, I got this app. I do a mood check in twice a day and it is helping a lot.

Helped my sleepless nights
I’ve tried meditation apps but it turns out what I actually needed was a place to talk. Now when I can’t sleep or my head is spinning or I need to get something off my chest I can just vent it all into Talk it Out and I feel a million percent better. Its warm, patient and doesn’t feel judgey and I’ve had some genuine breakthroughs using this app

Amazing!
I’m a 14 year old girl with anxiety, and this app is so easy to use. I don’t have premium, but even with out it, I love this app. I use it often, and find it helpful. It’s like someone who is always there for me, who will give advice. I love this app and recommend it to anyone with anxiety, ptsd, or other mental health issues, or anyone else who needs someone to talk to who won’t judge.

Talk it out!!!
I carnt tell you how much this app has helped me with understanding what I’m really feeling and being able to have someone to rant to and tell them all the good and bad, this is such a supportive space to be in, you never get judged and your always listened to, talk it out will always bring out the positive side out of any conversation and I can promise that, it’s just really nice to have someone their you feel comfortable to talk to, some ppl do t have that and that’s why I highly recommend this, it has helped me through a lot and I hope it can for you too! This app is absolutely amazing!! This is such a step up from journaling. After a short chat, it helped me realize some really important things, and it gave me some great ideas on how to take action on the things I’m worried about. I would 11/10 recommend this app, it’s totally worth it!!
Great free option!
I have struggled with anxiety for a while and having just something to “talk to” when other options are unavailable, is fantastic! It’s like journaling, but having a “positive conversation” with someone. When I use this app, it’s great! I have either anxiety or something exciting, I journal it down and it’s like talking to a friend! Even if it’s just to vent, perfect app because shortly after I start feeling loads better. Perfect self help “talk it out” app! I have recommended this to several of my friends who have been suffering from anxiety and each have said it’s helped them also!

this app has helped me so much as someone who needs to get things of their chest a lot of the time but with no one to talk to
Useful to use
Useful app to use, however unfortunately been a little slow to use at times and also don’t appear to be able to delete account even while using the option to within the app.

Seems very glitchy
I haven’t got on with this at all. It prompts me to write answers to questions but repeatedly comes up with an ‘oops, that didn’t work please try again!’ response when I try to submit it.
It then says it’s analysing my response with AI but nothing happens so in effect I’m just writing notes to myself. I’ve tried it in my phone and iPad and had the same experience so sadly will be deleting it.

Brilliant App
As well as chatting whenever you like (for as long as you like) I just discovered that you can play word games with the chat bot, for example 20 Questions… good for when you want to play a game but don’t have someone to play with…
