Not Consumer friendly
Almost all the prices are more expensive in the app than in person, even if you order for pickup. And if you buy in person there’s no option to add the points from buying in store to your account.
There really is no point in having this app unless you’re desperate for a delivery but I’m sure you’d find better deals on uber eats or DoorDash instead over paying on the app.
You would have to spend $100 just to reach the second tier of rewards and I don’t see coupons readily available so far.

App is broken
App hasn’t worked in months, fails to find location for pick up or delivery
View Delivery Tracking ERROR
Somehow it has change this option when you saw when food was being prepared. And then it shown when it was picked up and driving to your place to locate them. As sometimes GPS whichever one it does misdirect them.

Don’t use this app! They use uber eats to deliver and i watched them make several stops. It took over an hour to get my food. I should have used door dash who had a 35 minute delivery time. I would have been happy to pay the extra $12 plus tip to actually get my food in a decent time, and hot!

To order is super simple. Not complicated at all. Only thing I would say is if you don’t stay on the app and were in the middle of adding onto the cart, it deletes it all if you switch the page real quick so you have to re- enter it all again.

Just terrible
downloaded app because for some reason you cannot find their new location on the site & the thing doesn’t even work. Trying to place an order for pick up, under location it tells me they don’t service the address provided and to choose pick-up, all while already in the pick up section. Their food might be good but I wouldn’t know because their systems are severely flawed.

Are you open or not?!
I can tell you now this place will not make it in Tallahassee operating this way. You don’t have a phone number to call. The app says the Tallahassee location is closed and can’t place an order, Google says they’re open but with no way to order or call this is just confusing. I’ll continue to eat at other great Mexican restaurants until yall can get it together!!! Smh

My First Time Ordering
The food that i got was terrible. The food was not seasoned at, the shrimps were overcooked so they were quite rubbery. The drinks did not taste good at all especially that orange. Sorry but that was my first and last time ordering.
