Not helpful
I have adjustments to my med profile and the app doesn’t allow me to adjust it. It is a waste of my time if I have to check in with it and then go to office staff to reconcile the med list.
Not very helpful
This app will not let me remove medications that I am not taking anymore. My previous labs and imaging did not transfer from the older app of talk PHR. When you look under diagnoses, it just shows the previous office visit notes, just copied and pasted. I wish the office would choose a different electronic medical record system because this one is not very good.
