What does it do?
I downloaded this but didn’t get beyond login. No idea what it does if anything at all. Builds expectations but doesn’t seem to deliver.

Every channel on the tv guide shows as “to be announced” - but in Spanish
No record option
The box never loads the guide fully, it only shows current and past time. Future is blank.
Thought this app may enable me to set programmes to record, as I can’t on the box (issue mentioned) but no the app is very basic.

I can’t input my PIN code with this app. Any chance you could add a numbers keypad?
Not worth it
The app only need a log in to start watching tv not connecting to a tv box to watch the full content not many people want to watch big screen they rather use their mobiles, Alexa small screen or laptops it's not worth the time to connect to a talktalk tv box to watch it surely after the first signing on the app page I will amend my review if this is fixed only signing on the app set up the box can come later on as 90% talktalk customers wants to watch their tv Right away without all the fuss

Poor
Very poor . Can’t access my now account through the tv box or this companion app. No wonder TalkTalk are giving them away. Nobody would waste their time or hard earned cash! 1. Will formally complain when call centre opens tmrw morning. 2. Will revert back to my original tv box because it ACTUALLY WORKS! Reading other reviews NO ONE has anything positive to say about the app or companion box. Should’ve saved myself the hassle and read the reviews first!

Don’t seem to have much live tv available to watch on talktalk mobile. Disappointing.
Channels
This app is easy to down load and use. Pretty straight forward really. Appearance is rather gloomy grey colour lol. Unfortunately it shows cbs drama on channel 68 on free view which has been gone a few months now. It’s been replaced by reality xtra and reality xtra 2. TalkTalk please up date this app!!

Waste of money
Don’t bother with this app talk talk are the worst service providers and their apps are a waste of time and money the 4k tv is rubbish

Trying to watch any of the main channels, and it says they’re not available!!!

I have never been so disappointed in a new tv system with Talktalk, I can’t get into the Now app despite numerous attempts. They gave taken the facility to record tv programs, nothing is simple, it’s all so complicated. I preferred the old system with the ability to see some sky programs & record plus watch tv. The fee has gone up by at least £18 per month & despite the fact I have been with TT for numerous years I will be leaving them at the end of my contract!

Pointless
Download this app because we were prompt to by TalkTalk tv on the tv it doesn’t did do what it was supposed to and now away from the tv and and still can’t play anything that’s with or without the tv 😂
Don’t know how it works and nobody has taken time to explain. I will probably unsubscribe.
Can’t understand - what we can watch on TV and cannot watch anything on iPad. Not much point having it
