Terrible service, Terrible app
Shocking service from this company, their broadband service is intermittent at best and you have to fight them every step of the way. An engineer was called out to my property who confirmed a fault in the cabinet which is the responsibility of the service provider yet they still tried to charge me for the engineer.
Their app will not allow you to log in and neither does their website due to some sort of fault on their systems so if you want to have any contact with anyone you have to phone them. When you phone them. You can be on the line waiting for over an hour to actually speak to someone.
Absolutely diabolical company all round, I do not have anything good to say about them.

Since changed system its confusing not showing the last 2 months bills av paid av paid same bill twice as says bill due on the app and was already paid now i have switched provider constant message saying login to account to see the same thing dont show half what used to
Fails when using a vpn
You need to disable your vpn before using, even if you are vpn’d to the UK
Pretty damn useless
Tried downloading the app 4 times each time “something went wrong “ comes up and that’s a slammed door in the face. Talktalk seem really bad at connecting to its customers. My account runs out sept, so guess what I’m moving to anybody with better communication and if the price is cheaper all the better but foremost I want to connect to a company that whole deal is communication and connection!!!!

What’s the point
This app doesn’t open at all. If it tells you to get it don’t waste your data. Talk talk has the worst app and I’ve not had a great experience with customer care. Out of three calls I’ve made, two were incredibly rude. The third call was okay that’s all I can say. The actually line is perfect.
Not a single redeeming feature
This really is one of the worst apps I've ever encountered. I've tried it on Android as well and it's just as bad. Appearance, functionality, be prepared for problems right from your first login attempt. What app in this day and age has to send you a code every time you log in? Then often as not says the code is incorrect. Clearly whoever developed the app grudged every moment spent on it.

Can rarely log in to my account, “technical issues” all the time, unable to get rid of TalkTalk email address though it ceased long ago.

Very bad app. Every time you need to get a verification code. You get a code and it shows that the code is incorrect.

What’s the point
So you have to log in with an email then have to go to your emails to get a code to log in…I thought apps were suppose to make it easier, might as well just use safari to log in…far easier.

Fake app to trick customers into believing TalkTalk has an app!
You open the app and literally get a “something went wrong” pop-up on the screen that you can’t get past.
I will tell you what went wrong, me choosing TalkTalk on a 2 year contract, that’s what went wrong.
Anyways, back to this torture experiment of an app…
It doesn’t let you login or see any screen beyond the first screen with the TalkTalk logo and a button that says “retry”.
Not login or next, just retry.
That looks pretty intentional to me to know your app would have an error right from the get go to put a retry button front and center.
I truly doubt there is anything beyond this one singular screen that doesn’t go anywhere, and they did that on purpose so that TalkTalk could claim that they have an app like other broadband providers, when really they built a fake app.

Awful app
In this day and age, how is a big company like TalkTalk not able to maintain their app?! Especially when the majority of account settings, bills etc are only available through the app. As soon as my contract is up, I am leaving.
Dumbest useless app ever
Literally login to do anything it opens browser and website to have to log in again. What is the actual point of this app, I suspect data collection only and no real customer practical services past the talk talk login page which this app is not needed to get to.

The sole use of this app is for viewing your bills.

This is a terrible long winded app. You have to jump through so many hoops just to pay a bill. It should be so much more efficient to pay a bill.
Impossible to talk
I have been a customer for many years. However I’m told I’m not registered - but it won’t let me register. Impossible to contact so after all these years may switch to someone else because I am out of contract anyway.
Useless app
This app is pointless. Every time am going to log into my account it always throws me out and takes me to the browser instead and I have to log in. Honestly this app should be deleted from App Store.
