More practically, I wish we could group folders. The more casual tasks I track (progress reading a book, good habits) the more i need to separate it from actual productivity goals (finish # amount in this category)

Really close but…
Like all the other apps out there, this is entirely built around counting UP to positive goals. No one seems to give attention to budgeting vices, like snacking, alcoholic drinks, hours of TV or video games, etc. Most of us don’t want to give those things up entirely but they need to be kept in check. This app gets painfully close to being able to do that…but the counter reset always goes to zero. Guess I need to keep looking or create an app myself. 😑

Great customer service Data disappeared
I use it daily but wish they would go back to the entry system from before the update. So many taps needed to record an item

Great app had an issue where I woke up to no data in the app. When I restored the data it duplicated. The next morning it duplicated again. Developer responded and worked with me over several days on a fix and it’s now working properly again. Very fast customer service with a good outcome!

No subscriptions, and the developer is always working on this app, fixing and adding features.
LOVE THIS APP
For all the trackers and data lovers. THIS. IS. THE. ONE. Constant updates, be try cool custom widgets, On top of that a one time payment of only 5 or 6 dollars opposed to monthly subscriptions is just unbeatable. 1000% recommended. So glad I found this. Big applause to the dev team!
Great Tool
I’ve been using this as a simple tracker for caloric intake throughout the day, but I can already tell this app has would be great for many different purposes. Its simplicity makes it adaptable and customizable for endless uses, so your imagination is the only limit. I look forward to finding more ways to integrate this powerful little tool into my daily life!
Also worth nothing that I love the “pay once and use forever” subscription model (this is a sound investment!). The developer deserves high marks, too—I recently submitted feedback after a version update and they actually took the time to send a very helpful response.

They removed ability to + or - without unlocking your phone.
If you swipe to your widgets from your Lock Screen, and try to click + or -, your phone prompts you to unlock the phone in order to add or subtract from the tally widget. Very frustrating! Please BRING BACK the function where you can + or - without unlocking the phone.

the best habit tracker
this app has pretty much everything you could need. its ad-free even without paying but provides some nice (but not necessary) features when paid.
surprisingly high vibrational app
EDIT: i’ve noticed a flaw where every 11 screen taps, there’s an affirmation overlap (the same affirmation stays for 2 taps) and in the history it does create a new log after 11 taps (showing a bunch of +11 logs in the history) even if i just did 100 taps within 5 mins
aside from that, this simple app is perfect to me
(note: had deleted it off my devices for a while due to this, recently my devices are mostly up to date so i figured i’d redownload fresh to retry, but it’s still the same. it’s the only real flaw)

this feature gives has option to generate a “random quote” in that section, in which it gives you several really great, top tier affirmations that you can keep / edit / delete in the notes 🥲🥲 like i’m genuinely impressed right now. 10/10 tally developers, great job

Thank you for coming back! This is the greatest encouragement for me. OK，Thank you for your review once again. Alright, I'll take note of that. And are you saying that there will still be duplicate records? That shouldn't happen. Since I often test this, I sometimes encounter duplicate sync records too, but this is because I haven't deleted the data from other devices. As long as you ensure that you rebuild the iCloud database on one device, and that this device itself doesn't have duplicate records, then there won't be duplicates after rebuilding the iCloud database. If you haven't backed up your data files before, then you'll need to delete the counters with duplicate records to completely solve this issue.

I’m not one to write reviews even for apps I really like. Tally is probably my second most used app. I Tally just about everything. From temporary and new medications I’m taking, to symptoms I keep track of.
I use Tally to track certain habits as well as keeping track of chores. Not only is there much value in collecting data, but also in reviewing that data so one can see correlations.
I like that one can group items. I use the watch app as well. The developer has recently been putting a lot of work into updating and improving the app.
I used to use Quantifier for years to tally data, but that was pulled from the App Store earlier this year. I have to admit, I felt somewhat disheartened that I might not find a replacement. Until I found Tally.

I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve been wandering around the app the past few days, and every time I’d wish it had something, I would find it was already there just waiting for me to figure it out!
