Very god

I thought the app was good it gave.me a lot of confidence traveling around Montpellier I give it a yes

You need to redo this app

The UI is not good and UX is not friendly. Try to make it fast and smooth. I recommend using flutter framework to develop the application, it will be fast and it will work for both platforms ( android and ios).

In-app tickets and overseas tourist registration?

I downloaded the TaM app today as I’ll be visiting Montpellier soon. Once I’d confirmed my identity by clicking on the link in the email sent to me, I thought I’d be able to buy an electronic / in-app ticket. Firstly, there are no instructions in English (only the section headings are in English). Secondly, nowhere does it allow you to enter your card details so that you can buy your in-app ticket. I went to a section where it had the different “forfaits” (travelcards) and bought a “Forfait 1 Jour” to see whether it would download into the app. I entered my card details and had to enter my address (to verify my card, I’d assumed). You cannot enter a non-French address, for starters. As the English postcodes are alpha-numeric and the French ones are just numeric, I had to enter “12345” as the English postcode. I pay the €3.50 and then find out that TaM are going to post me my ticket! How ridiculous! What a useless app! Anything but user-friendly! I was in Zürich recently. Check out that city’s very user-friendly app for tourists who have non-Swiss addresses!!!
