I don’t know much about this finance company, but it seems legit. They went through all the trouble to give many options and list the rules and regulations and create an app and a good webpage. The reason why I gave them three stars is because I am blocked from using it on my phone. I have no idea why it worked fine two weeks ago. I wasn’t interested two weeks ago, but they advertise 30% which is still pretty high, but at least it’s not 50% from the last time. So I am unable to consider any product since I cannot use the app.

نصيحة لوجه لله لحد يتعامل معهم توني ابي ابدا حياتي وطحت في ديون بسببهم يكفي ان الفايده اكثر من 100% وفوق كذا فيه لعب مابي اتكلم بس اذا حدتك الدنيا عليهم نصيحة اقرأ العقد كامل من اول صفحة لاخر صفحه لان يمكن تلاقي صفحات مو مسجله بس موجوده في العقد

It’s taking them very long time just to update my IBAN which the app has a glitch that won’t allow so!

The app is refuse to accept my bank account
Every time after i press the button to show if I am qualified a message appear that we cannot connect with your bank account

Tamam deducted extra money during clearance debt and until now not returning my money application keep showing error! Complaint for hundreds thousand times with no reply and action!

The worst app ever I applied for a loan 22 days ago and I still hasn’t received the money ( the money is in my account but I can’t access it or transfer it to my bank account). And every time I contact the customer service they give me a different excuse. Will never be using this app ever again

Very bad customer service and no support from them. Even for the amounts paid you won’t get invoices and they cut the call on you without proper response.
Dont take loan from them or they will make sure you will pay so much high. They don’t provide contracts in English even when requested.

i call how many times to customer service because i cant log in to my account because i change my mobile and it say its not the trusted device and when i call choose english how many time i tried to call customer service and choose to speak to someone else who knows how to speak english and she inform me she cant speak english while i press the english option on the menu GOSH I DONT KNOW THIS IS HOW HARD TO COMMUNICATE IN the year 2025 in your customer service!!! i call customer service for like 10times since last month still the same person she doesnt know how to speak english... your customer are mostly are expat you should have a english speaking customer service!!! poor service!!!DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP AGAIN!!!
