Sometimes this works fine. Other times I open it and it’s not working, won’t take payments etc.

Booked a taxi. App stated taxi would be there in 3 min. It wasn’t. 6min later, it was still 3min away, 8min later it was still 3 min away and I was late for work. I cancelled the taxi and was charged a cancellation fee of £3. For a taxi that never came. Outrageous and I will be claiming this money back.

Terrible service
Pre-booked a taxi for a certain time and they got my taxi wrong and it never showed up then when I rang the operator they wanted me to pay for 2 cars and asked us to wait another 20minutes absolutely outrageous! Was recommended by family and this is what happens to new customers?! Will never be using this firm again!!

App used to be good, needs fixing recently none stop problems with it
cards don’t work
don’t know what’s going on recently but myself and everyone I know has had to stop using the app as none of our cards are working on it and just keep declining for no reason at all. no point using it.
