Many profiles don’t even mention basic details like star and zodiac sign. Even after sending requests to update those details, there was no response or action.
Customer care should not only focus on forcing users to pay for subscriptions. They should also ensure that profiles contain proper basic details like star, zodiac sign, and other important marriage-related information.
Also, it feels like many users are only here to collect data or pass time, without serious intentions for marriage.

Slow app. No update is almost a year.
Such annoying people. Called me 16 times in 2 days to ask me take assisted services. The relationship managers are leeches. They send existing profile of a girl. When we pick up the call they will say sorry this profile is not available. Please take assisted services. We will help you. This is disgusting. They pay to get all these fake reviews. Fraud people
