App does not allow you to make credit card payments and or auto loan payments. Shows error and it’s a huge hassle. Have to go to website log in and or go through a register ordeal. Been having to call and wait on hold for hours every time I have to make a payment and or look at recent statements and transactions.

It has now decided not to accept facial recognition or remember my password
Needs fixes.
Crashes a lot and most of the time I can’t view my statements.

Terrible! Not making your life easier it is so complicated,!you can’t not even see your credit card information or transaction.
