Не приходят сообщения

Срочно! Уважаемые разработчики, не приходят сообщения. Уведомление приходит что мне написали, открываешь чат а там нет сообщений. Так же точно и у моего знакомого!
И еще много у кого судя по таким же отзывам такая же проблема. Когда ты находишься в чате то все ок. Но когда приложение закрыто то что бы мне не отправили в чате этого нет. Эта проблема уже 3 й день. Огромная просьба- исправьте пожалуйста. Мне очень нравится ваше приложение и я хотел бы им пользоваться

Ужасная работа приложения

Почему сплошные проблемы. Пишет кто нибудь в личку появляется всплывающее окно, заходишь в переписку сообщение пропало, никто ничего не удалял, оно просто исчезает. Делайте что-нибудь!!!!😡😡😡 Это просто ужас, как работает программа, с каждым разом хуже и хуже. Как будто ошибки не исправляете, а добавляете!!!
