In-app purchases

Even i wanted to use this app the amount of in app purchases when FIRST downloading genuinely takes over. At least let your downloaders get a chance to use it a lil because it’s common sense that a 7 day trial wont work for a relationship thats ACTUALLY trying to build something. If the app changes this issue, Id have no problem using it but mentally who wants a app that only throw’s subscriptions at you when you first download it. I would actually like to speak with the CEO on why a longer trail wasn’t given.

Good but buggy

In general, love the app and the way it works but it is very very buggy - and things that used to work, don’t anymore. I cannot unlock repeating splits, it mixes pending and non-pending charges for the same items (and you may need to unsplit pending auto splits). CC Credits used to show, but not any more. not easy to trace a charge back to an account, the labels applied to charges are sometimes changed / erroneously wrong. Wish there was a mode that listed it exactly matching the CC. Support is fairly unresponsive now - we’re great at the beginning.

Such a great app

My now husband and I have used this app for the 5 years we were dating. It’s been a staple and helps keep track of what we pay for especially when it came to trips. I love the app and how easy it is to use.

Needs more work

Transactions does not show which card was used. Impossible to split items like Amazon orders where we use multiple cards. And everyone I move away from the Transaction tab (clicking on another tab, or briefly switching to another app like my bank), the page refreshes and I lose where I was at.

It’s been months since I wrote my original review and the issues never were resolved. Don’t recommend.

Great app but seemed abandoned

Such a great app for splitting cost but it seems like the developer has decided to park this project… bugs not getting fixed, no support team at all. I hope someone would take over this app and make it great again…

Can’t get past the password creation

Works but needs fixes

Helps my partner and I split expenses, however the app will log me out and not let me log back in and has a lot of issues with that. Makes me want to look for a different option.

Horrible support glitchy app

Update: it’s been 4 months and I still haven’t been able to resolve any support issues, can’t get ANY response. Last patch was 7 months ago, clearly the creator of this app has abandoned it.

I can see my partner but they can’t see me constant 404 errors when trying to link. Horrible experience. Will be charging back the subscription fees.

Really helpful

Great way to keep up with expenses. Being able to do recurring, split halfway or at a certain percentage is very helpful

Doesn’t work, support unresponsive

Setup accounts, both me and my girlfriend did, and we couldn’t get them to link. They both showed we needed to complete registration on both ends, which was already done. Reached out to support 4 times and no response. We even paid for the subscription. Save your money, I’ll be disputing with my credit card to get my money back since service is not responsive.

Need Support Staff

This app has been great for myself and my fiance over the last few years living together. Lately though, we’ve noticed repeating split transactions that we’ve set up not actually repeating, and we’ve been unable to modify them after the fact for future terms, just turn them on and off. Additionally, I was recently randomly signed out of my account and when I requested a password reset, no email with a link was sent. After this failing multiple times, I attempted to contact support via the chat feature, also with no response. I finally decided to create a new email account, and reconnect with my fiance. We still aren’t seeing our transactions together and the app appears to not be supported. We’ve loved this app’s features so much these last years, but the lack of support is crippling!

Awful

This app is great in theory, but it doesn’t function at all. My partner and I both have issues logging in, making the accounts, and joining accounts. Their automated response help tool doesn’t respond. I think the app is unmanaged and needs to be taken down.

only a 3 day free trial?? at least offer a week, cheapskates. and no notice of cost of the app until after you make the account and type all your info

feels misleading

wish they told you anywhere it’s a monthly subscription to even make an account, didn’t even get to see what the app had to offer without it forcing me to pay

Amazing when it works!

This is the perfect app for my partner and I however it kept bugging making it nearly useless. If you reach out for support they don’t respond back.

Good Idea, Bad software

Hi, so I truly enjoy the idea of this application. It’s living made simpler for those who live together. However, the app has so many glitches and it honestly needs to be reset completely. It doesn’t let you delete or add stuff and it stays giving you errors. Please make this app better thanks.

Great but needs some more features

This app would be perfect if it had a way to plan future bills like be able to customize the date under Manual entry for example I want to add my electric bill so when it comes I would like to be able to go into manual entry and type in the amount and set the day that it’s do so my partner can have a heads up on upcoming bills instead of me having to pay with my card and then wait for him to pay me back when he can plan to get the money to me before the bill is due.
