Poor Performance

I used to be able to use the app regularly for my banking, but now i can almost never access it. It consistently says unable to reach servers. This issue has been ongoing for about 2 months on and off, and i’ve had to log in via a computer to get anything done, Not very useful.

EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE!

In the past 4 or 5 months this mobile app has been the mostly frustrating & least dependable aspect of my financial life!!! It has routinely been unavailable & I have missed payments as a result! Still waiting for compensation! 😡

Before I log in, the amounts in my accounts are displayed. I suppose this may be for information without logging in. Logging in is confusing.
