All loaded but app is not letting me connect. There is an issue with the app.

Still supported?

Was one of the initial purchasers of this product it’s currently been sold off and none of the links appear to work anymore so now I’ve had to replace the batteries and can’t connect to it because nothing seems to exist anymore

Service terminated

This product line and service was bought out by Generac. They discontinued all WiFi based sensors mid 2025 without notice.

App continued reporting levels that didn’t match the tank.

Suggest the MyPropane app and sensor from Centri. Far better app and better sensor too.

Generac ruins anything it touches

Generac bought it out and ruined this product - granted it was not the best but now all the previous units are bricked and I am waiting for the class action lawsuit to come out
