Discrimination against foreigners
Doesn’t allow foreigners to create an account as of recently and if you had one doesn’t allow you to place orders on most items. Extremely disappointed.
Competitors are way better
Amazon and Coupang in Korea are incredibly better. My orders always take forever to come, and many times I buy something and it’s out of order, not convenient. The biggest problem. YOURE THE THIRD BIGGEST APP IN CHINA AND OFFER ONLY ONE LANGUAGE!!! also, the amount of fake things is crazy

ERROR EVERYTIME I CHECK OUT
Literally have to try 10 times each time I checkout. can't even have a large order. I already decided to accept the humongous shipping fee but it kept wanting me to split my order into smaller ones so the shipping fee is now even more disgustingly expensive. fine! I'll deal with that too cuz I only buy once every 6 months, but even when I split my order, it's still error and keep saying sever busy like wtf, I already checked out the pants but how am I gonna wear them without the tops. OMG FIX THIS MADNESS
