Excellent translation! Wish I could get a PDF.
I have read this for many years, it is my favourite translation. I would love to have this on iBooks as a ePub or PDF, so that I can listen to it via text to speech; or to have the app allow VoiceOver to read its text. Regardless, I am thankful for this iOS 10 update.

Does not work on iPhone 7. Does not use the full screen. Low resolution.
Clunky graphics must be an issue across all devices.
I doubt the credibility of the other reviews.

Well done!
To paraphrase a thought of Osho, true meaning can often be experienced in the space between the words (and pictures).

Thank you for making the Tao Te Ching so accessible!
I love this application! I have never read other English versions of the Tao Te Ching to which I could compare, but I feel this is a well written version that is easy to understand. I will note that the Tao itself, with it's abstract concepts, is probably not easily understood by most people. However, it becomes quite clear when a person is ready to "listen" to the message of the Tao.
As for the images, I think some are well matched while others do not follow as well with the messages conveyed in text.
