Slow to deliver
So good to have delivery services in Windhoek, but no communication what so ever if there will be a delay until the delay happens and they let you know a half an hour later and the they deliver an hour and a half after the period stated. Really hope that they will improve on that, but it’s been a regular experience. Not happy with this service.

Unbelievably slow
Average wait time is 2hr +, may aswell just bite the bullet and get your own food, all meals have been cold, anything crispy has been soggy, do not ever order sushi from this app because it arrives destroyed, drivers are always in a rush so you can't check if you get the right order as they try to leave as fast as possible

KFC Sundays
Shocking. Again and again. After 1hr and 10mins, half the order arrived. We are now looking for the other driver somewhere in WDH with the other half of the order. Come on guys…can the drivers not check the orders?!

Worse service ever received. I got my ice cold, and burnt at the same time, pizza. How is that even possible to be this bad in Windhoek. Come on friends. Rise the standards. One should rather take a walk, or a taxi, or prepare wait a near 3 hours. Also The N$200 pizza received from Arebbush…. Burnt to smithereens. No joke. I wish I could upload a picture for you. Yet I’ve eaten there before and it was good previously. No consistency, very sad. Never again for me will I use the app. Not for the burnt pizza but for the time lost and cold food. Frustrating enough to make mention here… Use this app at own risk. Having one drive for the whole of WHK is crazy. May save someone the drama and hunger.

This must be the worst delivery service ever!
Year in and out this guys just shows how incompetent their services are! They are always late with lots of excuses. You literally get your food very late and cold and by than you don’t even want it. They never change!!! I mean with this heat you meant even get food poisoning, with the food setting in the back of their bikes. Worst service in Namibia.

No feedback from app about an order review. No attempt to rectify or at least give some sort of severance for bad service/delivery. Delivery has a flat fee of an expensive $40 regardless of distance. Prices are not the same as on restaurant menu so app makes profit.
