Complicating the uncomplicated
I mean log in and authentication is a basic thing that should work right?! Turning the convenience of the service into a frustrating experience with the app. I’d rather just phone the restaurant than tirelessly struggling to get the app to work.
Mixed bag
It seems the only game in town so to speak. I applaud them for their success in garnering so many restaurants in the Western Cape. However the lack of completion may hurt them as there is not a need to innovate and the app is less than intuitive in places and it seems you have to start a search over if you decide not to book a selection once you’ve gone two clicks in versus simply going back to search list.
