I love Nando’s, and I always will. However, you’re better off just ordering Nando’s from Uber Eats.
I give this app a try every few months because it’s cheaper, but I regret it every time.
Not only is it difficult to use, but it’s impossible to track orders. On top of that, the Nando’s delivery drivers don’t deliver with the same level of care and efficiency.

No Sit-Down Order on App 🤷🏾♂️
It’s almost 2025 and we still can’t order for a sit-down on the App. We have to order Collection, Call and wait 16hrs for the automated prompts before it goes to the outlet, race to the outlet if we can’t get them, before they pack it for take-away.

Order accepted but branch closed
My order was accepted and paid for, I’ve been waiting 90 mins and the app hasn’t updated tracking. The store is not open anymore. Sort out your app and don’t take my order if you can’t deliver it!
Actually Just A Manual Order App
Rather phone the store for an order, what happens most times is that someone picks up the order from the app and phones the store😂 Means that meals are mostly 15min later than ETA 😖
