Superb Cassette Clone
This app gives a superb copy of a good old cassette player. Appearance and animation are great.
Please add realistic cassette sounds to the app
I’ve been using Tape2 for a while now, and overall I’ve found it to be a fun and intuitive app with a lot of creative potential. The layout is clean, the tools are easy to navigate, and it’s clear the developers put thought into making something enjoyable for users who love retro vibes and audio exploration.
That said, there’s one feature I really think would take this app to the next level: authentic cassette-quality sound. Right now the audio effects are good, but they don’t quite capture that warm, imperfect, nostalgic feel of a real tape deck. Adding a true cassette simulation—complete with tape hiss, wow & flutter, saturation, and background noise—would make recordings feel so much more realistic and immersive.

Fast performance with minimal glitches

Cassette sound simulation to give tracks that classic, warm tape character
Option to tweak tape parameters (e.g., saturation, speed fluctuation, hiss)

Lack of options for music transfer
Any time I’m using this app I do realize. That I can’t use songs from the YouTube Music app or Spotify. This makes it way more inconvenient because those apps are way more popular and successful than Apple Music. Then there should be an update to add more selection in variety in music transfer

Bugs
A few bugs are still present:
1) Cassette cover with controls & “Settings” button keeps disappearing, yet there doesn’t seem to be a clear way to bring it back.
2) The amount of tape around the cogs, doesn’t correspond to song position- i.e. when you restart a song the tape around the cogs do not return to the start position.
3) When the song completes, oddly the tape continues to spin

Это приложение работает синхронно с приложением Apple Music, вся музыка, которая есть в музыкальном приложении, также доступна в приложении для кассет.
