TapInPass — Centre Check-In

TapInPass turns an iPhone into the front desk of your learning centre. Students tap their NFC pass on the kiosk and they're checked in — a full-screen stamp confirms it, a chime plays, and the kiosk is instantly ready for the next student. Tap again on the way out and the visit closes with its duration. FOR YOUR FLOOR • Kiosk mode: continuous NFC scanning, big friendly confirmations, duplicate-tap protection, works without any sign-in • The Room: a live board of who's here right now, colour-coded by session length, with one-tap manual check-in/out and a 6-second undo FOR YOUR RECORDS • Register: today's visits, arrivals and departures, at a glance • Every action is written to an append-only audit trail — corrections are recorded, never erased FOR YOUR PASSES • Program NFC fobs right from the phone: write, verify, and bind a pass to a student in one guided flow • Mark passes lost in seconds; a lost pass alerts staff if it's ever tapped again BUILT FOR PRIVACY • Kiosk screens show first name and last initial only • Staff areas are protected by centre-provisioned accounts (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email) TapInPass is designed for tutoring and enrichment centres (Kumon-style programs, music schools, martial-arts dojos). It works alongside the TapIn web admin, where owners manage the roster, schedules, and exports. An account provisioned by your centre is required for staff features; the kiosk needs a supported iPhone (NFC) and TapIn passes.
