Several issues with broadcast

I had several issues with Tapmad as the live broadcast would just suddenly drop with no solution in sight. Watching World Cup was a torturous experience and many times I had to just abandon the game. Need massive upgrade on this.

Glitchy and infuriating

It could have been something wonderful, but it’s not. The interface is terrible, the app is glitchy, it’s got a really frustrating OTP system but the OTP’s never arrive on time then you get timed out and can’t log in. The worst part of this whole thing is that you basically subscribe (pay) first and then you find out it’s this bad.

Great idea but very poorly executed. Wouldn’t recommend it in the state that it is.

Tapmad is worst app period.
I paid for the subscription and never got the account . It took me to visa website and never re directed me back . I waited for 15 mins , even though i tested my net and was perfectly fine . App is laggy anyways , bugs all over , not all matches. I wouldn’t even use it for free .

Recently noticed that the stream was broken on their Ipad App.

Reached out to them via Instagram and they fixed the issue within a few hours and dropped me a text to even confirm if it’s working.
