Not even sure if this is the right app or if they’re pretending to be somebody else. Cause it won’t load any cameras.
Won’t set up my cameras.
Suggest that my cameras aren’t new, but they are brand new sealed box from Amazon. What a waste of money what a bad app.
Non user friendly
Bought a tapo light only instructions were download the app and follow instructions, tried that and found no real instructions at all, as a result never got the lights set up and ended up returning them. Absolutely pathetic app

Setting up the Tapo security Camera is a nightmare, so complex, app doesn’t have settings or default to English, so many better options out there, how do I cancel my subscription, return the cameras I bought and get funds refunded?

My default language on my iPhone is not Spanish and I cannot follow any directions on this app. I will have to return both devices. This is a terrible problem. They aren’t useable for us. I wish I spoke Spanish!

I bought an English product with English instructions and now only have access to the app in Spanish. This feels like a major bug. Please address ASAP.

Spanish language only, although the language version states English. Thank God Amazon will take this back and refund my money. This is garbage to me.

I also downloaded the app and it is in Spanish even though the Apple description says it is English. Update: the Tapo app is Spanish and the TP-link Tapo app is English.

This app does not work
There’s no place to register your camera. It doesn’t come in English. I don’t speak Spanish. There’s no place to convert to English. This app is poorly made.
