AMAZING

I’ve only been using this app for a couple of days. I’ve already noticed a significant change within my outlook. Topics she covers are so in-depth and thorough

Life changing

I had no idea what this was but the effect it has on my nervous system is profound. Also she covers really great topics and seems to have one for everything. Her zoom calls are great too, she could be a motivational speaker!

Highly recommend

Ive been doing a tapping video most days for the past week and my emotional and physical state have altered 100%. I feel optimistic and confident and more energetic than I have in years.

You Don’t Know Wellness

Until you have spent time with T rewiring thoughts and patterns. Try softer. Your whole being will thank you. Theresa is a bright light on the pathway to balance.

One of my top apps

I love this app and Theresa’s videos, presence, advice, etc, so much! I’m so happy to have found someone that really “gets it”. Other apps can be great but are often not made by someone who has dealt with chronic illness or severe nervous system dysregulation and often made me feel like they didn’t “get” me and that their videos didn’t really apply to me. But I really resonate with so many of these recordings and have received much comfort from them. I also really appreciate that Theresa makes videos on topics that we request and she does a great job serving her customers. Thank you Theresa!
