⚠️ PROBLEM 1: This thing lets you record one phone call. Then when you try to make another it pops up with a purchase window and if you just happen to press the only button on the screen (big red button) it’ll attempt charging you instantly without faceID verification or AppleID’s pay receipt pop up.
⚠️ PROBLEM 2: You can’t delete your account without emailing them. Big RED FLAG
⚠️ PROBLEM 3: They claim to have 10mill users, yet dont specify **active** users. They simply summed the total amount of people who got scammed into this and used it as marketing.

I was able to save my recording to the file but it’s not able to play now

I never asked for a subscription and I just realized that this app charge me $25 every week without my consent ! They literally stole your money ! Be careful

LOST RECORDINGS
I’m furious that I lost two very important recordings I made for work. I contacted customer service and since they tried to fix it and can’t, they’ve decided to ghost me. Terrible app. Much better ones out there.

Charged 10$ a few days before trial ends
Software not integrated in phone, must start it before or during call but not practicle. Supposed to get a trial but was charged 10$ after 3 days for the privilege of 1 week of use! What a rip off.

I was looking at the ability of this app and if it would suit me. Never did I intend to purchase this but it appears I have. I’ve not opened it and want to know how to cancel, delete, etc etc

I’ve tried and tried to use this app to no avail !! I’ve emailed the company three times and still no luck !! I’ll be cancelling and finding a new recording provider 😢
📣USER BEWARE RIP OFF ALERT 🚨
This app was charging me $20/ mnth to use it! (I only ever actually used it once though!) At a rate of $5/week! Finally got around to checking it out n canceled immediately.
There’s literally DOZENS of other apps that do the EXACT same thing for A LOT less, some are even FREE. $20/mnth is INSANE for something like this. I pay $10/mnth for an unlimited music app that lets me dowNload n make playlists of whatever songs I want n however many. N this basic dinky app is TWICE that? For only making playlists of my phone calls? NAH.
HUGE rip off borderline SCAM at that rate N Shame On them when considering how many ppl are struggling just to pay rent during these times.
app works just as good as any of the others though. No more complicated or simpler than any of the others (I’ve downloaded dozens of these types of app. Settled w this one bc it was disguised as a better deal. NOPE. Guess I did exactly what they want ppl to do. Which is what compelled me to write this review n warn others so they don’t fall into the same trap)
