The first time you dictate in a language, iOS downloads its speech model once. - Voice settings: Siri voices are recognised and offered first where iOS provides them; the voice list refreshes when you come back from Settings. - Settings: save your hotel address and show it to a driver in one tap; people who cannot speak can save a home address instead.
